Environmental laws need to consider the rights of our ecosystem - like rivers and species. We must change our mindset to look at what our ecosystem need to be healthy instead of the current how much harm can they endure at the hand of humans.

We don’t need to prove absolute harm to remove, it can be reversed to look at what can we do to restore and maintain the balance of our ecosystem.
